COVID-19 Information

July 9, 2020 Update:

I realize we are all navigating through unprecedented and challenging times. As a small family owned business that prides itself on “taking care” of each and every customer, we have found the last several weeks exceedingly difficult as we try to keep everyone safe, our business operational, and maintain a positive outlook for brighter days ahead. I want to give you an update on what we’ve been doing here at Silesville to continue servicing you our customer.

 Operational Status:

  • Our team continues to work from our home office locations.
  • Our supply chain has remained mostly intact and we have been able to fulfill and ship your orders. However, delays in shipping up to 5 days may occur.  This is impacting all our carriers USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Postage Service are no longer guaranteeing 3-4 day delivery commitments.  
  • If you have critical time sensitive needs please consider upgrading to USPS Priority Mail Express for overnight service.
  • Our team remains dedicated to fulfilling and ship your orders while practicing social distancing, wearing masks, washing hands regularly, adjusting work hours and sanitizing work areas regularly.
