David Siles has been in the IT industry for over 15 years working with companies ranging from start-ups to large international corporations. Dave’s background encompasses a wide variety of experiences in the use of emerging technologies, especially around virtualization and cloud computing. David is frequently sought after to speak and comment on the use of virtualization in solving critical business problems. He has been written about in numerous national publications, has spoken at many industry conferences including VMworld, and is continually regarded as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the virtualization arena.
Dave is the co-founder and past president of the Chicago VMware Users Group and he continues to support the VMUG program from the other side of the table.
In February 2009, Dave was selected as a VMware vExpert recognizing his contributions to the virtualization industry and VMware community. Dave was re-elected to continue as a VMware vExpert for 2010 and he is truly honored and humbled to be part of such an elite and esteemed group of individuals.
